"One of the troubles in traveling with seven adults is finding a place with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We wanted something more than just hotel rooms. This was a good find for us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Handy kitchen area with the all-important coffee maker. Large table for eating and playing cards. We were very comfortable here. The house is located next to the hotel owned by the same people. Easy communication with them. Parking was actually on the other side of the hotel. Still very nice having a definite place to park. Steps up to the front door are a little tricky. No railings and a little steeper than we expected. Not a problem, but good to know. This was a great central location for our group. All the little towns along the Middle Rhine are maybe ten to fifteen minutes apart. Lots of restaurants in all of them. Plus a grocery store about a mile from the rental. Glad we were able to stay here. A really good experience. "

"Loved having a balcony. Could have sat there all day watching the ships, barges and train all day long. Air conditioning would have been nice but with the door open it was fine. "

"We were three adult family members looking for a base to explore the Rhine Valley and beyond. This property did not disappoint. The home is very well equipped, was spotlessly clean and was perfect for our group. Communication with Andrea was great, as was access on the first day. The kitchen is more than adequate with all the essentials to see you through a holiday. As others have mentioned, the futons in the lounge are not the most comfortable but we spent most of our time outside in the lovely yard. Our visit coincided with some very hot weather. As such the top floor of the house did get very hot. The AC unit did work well to manage this, without it things would have been unbearable. The town of Boppard is fabulous with many places to eat and drink and also the railway station for easy access elsewhere. We didn't use the sauna or jacuzzi (due to the heat outside!) but they looked of good quality. Car parking now costs 6 euros per day (8am - 6pm) on the top storey of the nearby 2-storey car park - much more to park on the ground level! The neighbours were lovely offering a friendly wave as we returned to the house - Der Fenstergucker was a real character, it was just a shame that he wasn't 'on duty' when it came time for us to leave and for us to say goodbye. In summary, a lovely home that we thoroughly recommend for short or longer stays alike."

"Very good central location in Boppard at the river from near the central square and KD boat landing. There are two kinds of rooms with a balcony and a river view, I recommend getting the larger one, if available — it is worth the price difference. (Although the smaller ones are quite fine, too). The breakfast is ok - same as in other similar hotels, maybe a little less selection. Friendly and helpful staff (Don’t forget to make special arrangements if arriving after 9pm) "
