East Side Cove is a retro-style ranch home with lots to offer! Get cozy with a book in the sunroom, have lunch at the picnic table on the outdoor deck, enjoy cocktails down on the dock, play games on the lawn, or take a kayak out into the cove. This home even has an outdoor shower! The tidal waterfront presents an ever-changing picturesque view at the head of the harbor. Pets are accepted at the owner's discretion with a $100 pet fee. The sunroom is a unique space with screens to let the ocean breeze in and ceiling shades if the sun gets too hot. The back deck has a picnic table and gas grill for outdoor barbecuing. You will also find an outdoor shower and a dock overlooking the tidal waterfront. The dock space can be a great spot for enjoying the sun or late afternoon cocktails. The house features one floor living with an open kitchen/dining area, a separate living room, 3 bedrooms, and one full bath. Guests have access to the basement and laundry.
Walk across the footbridge and you are in the center of Boothbay Harbor. Less than a mile away and only a 2-minute drive is Barrett Park. It offers plenty of green space and little beaches, walking trails, and picnic spots.
Check out the Boothbay Lobster Wharf only 1/2 mile away where you call and order your cooked lobsters or pick them up live to take back home with you.

From your East Side Cove vacation retreat, you can walk across the footbridge to the center of town and check out the shops or take a boat tour to Burnt Island, go whale watching, or take a sail.
This property books Friday to Friday and a minimum of 7 nights always.
Guests have access to the entire home and yard with the exception of one closet.
We are available 24/7 during your stay. Upon arrival, Wendy or Judy will meet you at the house to transfer keys and answer any questions you may have.
East Side Cove is within walking distance of several endearing restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is also conveniently located next to a scenic footbridge that takes you across the harbor to the center of Boothbay Harbor where you can enjoy boutiques, boat excursions, more restaurants, ice cream, and saltwater taffy.
East Side Cove offers plenty of parking and the footbridge allows for you to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space in town. There is also a free trolley on the west side of the harbor that takes you around town.
Cancellation Policy: If the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation any amounts paid by the Guest will be refunded (less any credit card fees incurred) as follows:
100% if canceled prior to or on date six (6) months prior to Check-in Date
50% if canceled after six (6) months and before or three (3) months prior to Check-in Date.
0% if canceled after three (3) months prior to Check-in Date
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of Guests allowed in Premises is 6. If this number is exceeded without prior approval from the Property Manager, the Guest will forfeit the security deposit and the Property Manager may cancel the agreement without further notice. No subletting is allowed for others.
Linens: Sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided with this rental.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or on the grounds of this property.
Pets: No pets are allowed without prior approval from the Property Manager.
Noise: No parties are allowed on the Premises. No loud noises are permitted outdoors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Supplies: An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning items will be supplied.
Trash: If Guest's needs exceed a weekly trash pickup, please contact Property Manager.
Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Property Manager will meet you upon arrival and give Guest a house tour and keys. Keys are to be locked inside the house upon check-out. There is a fee for late check-out unless prior arrangements have been made.
Departure and Cleaning: Please leave the house as you found it. Dirty linens should be placed in a pile in one bathroom or laundry room. Dishes should be cleaned or placed in the dishwasher and run. Please take all food out of the refrigerator and put bagged trash in the bins provided. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. Housekeeping duties during the rental are the responsibility of the Guest.
