"The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The place is located in a quiet neighborhood next to water. The studio is well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. You may enjoy meals inside or outside. Nice hiking trails, general store, and restaurants are nearby. We had a very nice and relaxing stay. "

"The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. "My family spent one week in Boothbay Harbor for our first time to Maine. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this small coastal town. Nothing disappointed us. Karen was great to work with! The location of this property is so close to everything in Boothbay. The only negative to this property is that there is no A/C, but fans are provided."

"My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again."

"We spent a week in this lovely apartment. The location was absolutely perfect! There were many restaurants within a five minute walk, and the shops were all around. The apartment was spacious and bright. We had our windows open, and we were close enough to the water that we always had a breeze - not to mention the gorgeous view of the harbor. "This house was amazing. It was way better than we expected after looking through the pictures online. The outdoor space and the house itself are beautiful and the pictures do it zero justice. We were worried at first about the lack of AC, but the house cooled right down once we opened the windows let the air in. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to visit Boothbay. It was so close to the main area, but you couldn’t even tell- it felt like you were immersed in nature."
