Peaceful and relaxing
We enjoyed a lovely restful Easter break. Our hosts were friendly , helpful and accommodating in every way. Beautiful peaceful surroundings in a well appointed cabin with everything we needed. We will definitely be returning.

Great get-away place!
We had an amazing time over the long weekend at the cabin! Rob & Helen were extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. The cabin had everything we could ask for and was absolutely spotless! We have stayed in many cabins, and this one was definitely one of the best! It was great for our two large/crazy dogs as well, with a secure fenced yard plus plenty of space to run around on their entire property with a creek and dam! Fantastic location on a no-through country road, yet easy drive to Mansfield and the snowfields. Can 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet country get-away with friendly and knowledgeable hosts in a private, clean and comfy cabin!

Cosy and neat
Great that there was some fresh food. ( organic super delicious eggs, orange juice, butter, bread , milk )That really surprised us, as you don’t get anything like that anywhere. So that’s a huge positive! The place is neat ,cosy and clean, and has heaters so it’s great! Only 45 mins from Mt Buller and close to Mansfield . The view is cool. We liked the farm atmosphere:) thank you very much !

Rob and Helen are amazing hosts - friendly and focused on their visitors’ enjoyment. The property is absolutely lovely, and waking up to the two miniature horses - Elsa and Cookie - was an absolute delight!

Elm Cabin is a delight. Warm, well equipped, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, the cabin is a most pleasant place to unwind. The property has a welcoming party of well-groomed and courteous dogs, and whimsical miniature horses and crooning heifers (feeding time is hilarious). Bob, the proprietor, is very responsive and a wonderful host. This quiet and beautifully maintained property is a wonderful pick me up.

Rob and Helen's property was a beautiful place to get away. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed yard and playing with their two dogs. We enjoyed the serenity and sunset views.

A lovely, peaceful place to stay
I had a really lovely peaceful stay at this small cabin with my puppy. All the amenities were provided including butter, jam, vegemite etc and tea / coffee / sugar.

Lovely cottage
We stayed in the Elm Cottage and it was fantastic. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor fireplace was the highlight. The cabin was easy to find and Robert was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend staying here.

Idyllic. Relaxing break.
Great place for a break with opportunity to mingle with other guests or keep to yourself. The dam was fun to swim in. We enjoyed the cows and the family dogs. Dog friendly accommodation. Our cottage had a fence around it, so our dog was safe. Fantastic, shady tree in the front yard to keep cool under. Close to lots of day trips such as Sheepyard Flat and Craig’s Hut. Clean, cozy, charming stay with lovely grounds and real "Australiana" feel
As a large group we probably needed a few more pots and pans to cater for the large meals however the properties were clean, plenty of bedding and it is such a beautiful, charming, authentic place to stay. We were a family reunion group with kids of different ages, we skied, rode horses, cooked, walked etc. It was just lovely and great to have the dogs too. Thank you so much
