Hotel is in seriousl need of updating and being renovationed. Needs to be deep clean mold iand bugs in the bathroom. Late night check in staff was great. Morning staff unfriendly especially the lady taking care of the breakfast area. It’s a loud area as the hotel is next to trucker travel center gas station and store.

Took too long to check in. When travelers are tired we don't want to stand there while the reg person made me wait (no one else anywhere), and I didn't want to hear about his life problems and issues. Sorry, but I'm tired and I told him my dinner was getting cold also). Then the extensive perfumes and. Leaning chemicals were unbearable. And ants!

The guy that checked me in was not friendly at all, it was almost like he didn't want to be there. My room has a caterpillar crawling on the wall and a spider in the corner of the room by the door and in the bathroom by the sink, and it smelt moldy. Also, when I turned the heat on the smoke detector started going off, so I had to sleep in a freezing room.
