Get out and travel locally and visit this scenic, historic getaway that your entire family will enjoy! Why fight crowds and congestion when you can relax the day away in one of Missouri's most historic and photographed towns. Enjoy a bike ride (don't worry, you can rent one!) on the Katy Trail, have lunch on the bluffs, then spend your afternoon touring the Depot or downtown area -- but don't forget about cocktails at the Hotel Fredrick in the evening on the patio overlooking the river! Then it's off for an amazing dinner at the Palace -- and that is just day one!

Don't fight the madness of Columbia, instead stay where numerous magazines and travel websites have said is the hidden gem of small towns. You'll have access to the entire house, including 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds) as well as family room with foosball table, pull out sofa and 2 couches , living room with 2 couches, dining room, kitchen with everything you need to create your own culinary masterpieces should you desire, laundry room and 3 baths. There is also a back deck with screened in porch plus BBQ grill!

We do our best to keep the house stocked with everything you need so you need to bring nothing - just yourself (and, well, probably some clothes!). We also provide a information area that will also present you with maps of the area, things to do and more. If we are missing something , just let us know and we'll get it!

Free high speed (100mbps) wireless internet is provided, and you'll also enjoy access to Netflix and other streaming television services.

The Katy trail is one block away, the Isle of Capri casino is one block away, downtown Boonville is less than 1/2 mile away and the Missouri river is less than a block away! Harley Park (be sure to visit the lookout!) with full facilities is located 2 blocks away as well! You don't get any more convenient than this!

For the same price you'd pay to stay in a hotel, enjoy all the convenience of home and much, much more while having an amazing travel experience without all the hassle, crowds or worry of larger cities!

Such a cute house with a nice backyard that has a chiminae and a sunroom. The beds were comfy and the house was clean! A perfect spot to relax in after a long day of biking the Katy trail!

This is one of the best rental properties we've stayed in. This house has anything you could ask for. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Rob is very responsive to any needs. Hope to stay here again next time we're in Boonville.

Perfect location for Downtown Boonville
Nice, clean home that was just a short walk to the Katy trailhead as well as downtown Boonville. Plenty of space and great amenities for our group of 7. Rob, our host, was very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay, and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in Boonville.

Just Like Home
I use VRBO 3x a year on average. This proprty is the best. It's well appointed, comfortable, and outstanding location in Boonville. Within a couple of blocks of wuaint downtown, great casual restaurant, and the Katy Trail is very close-by. PLUS Rob if a fabulous host!

Lovely Home
Robert's house is lovely. Very comfortable with many conveniences. House is close to the casino, katy trail, and the downtown shops. OWe enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

This house was perfect! Nice and spacious! We felt right at home. Rob does a fantastic job with stocking the house with all the extras. Has little notes all around about places to go and good restaurants! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting the home away from home experience .

Beautiful home with an amazing view!!!
We came to Boonville for an event at Warm Springs Ranch. This house was close to everything and had everything we needed. The little signs all over the house were such a neat touch. You never had to wonder where anything was. We will definitely stay here again!

The listing is very accurate. We had a family wedding at Cooper's Ridge in Booneville. The house was located not too far from the venue. The house was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and the check in/check out process was very easy.

Great place and people
Clean and nice property. Great location. There are many things to do. I'm ready to go back and do it again! We enjoyed local restaurants and shops along with biking the Katy trail. Even won a little cash at the casino. Robert was quick responding and does a great job maintaining his rental. I recommend staying here.

Hidden gem
This place has it all!!!! We went for a last minute girls getaway and had an amazing stay! Rob was quick to respond to all inquiries. The house has everything seriously down to umbrellas at the door in case of rain! All of the signs are too cute and so clever! I would highly recommend and will be back.

Good for Mizzou Drop-Off
We were delivering our daughter to college at Mizzou, and this location was only an extra 20 minutes or so from the college but allowed us to spread out and enjoy some small town living versus the crowds of Columbia during drop-off week. It was a cute rental in a small town.

Highly Recommend!
This was our first experience with renting a vacation property and we were very impressed! The biggest thing for us was the home atmosphere verse being in a hotel room. We took full advantage of the kitchen and could not believe Robert had every utensil imaginable. It's a quaint little town and we went to the Budweiser Clydesdale Ranch - which we highly recommend going to see. This property is a great little place for a couple, family, or group of people!

The house was a pleasant switch from staying in a motel when we come to town. Although, we didn't take time to cook meals at the house, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, or grilling. The house was peaceful. We heard very little outside noise at all. The owner was very helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had.Hope to stay there again soon.

Amazing Host
Rob is an Amazing Host. Start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this super comfortable and very nicely appointed home. Rob did an excellent job communicating and had a lot of nice notes in the home that made everything easier for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay easy, including a coffee pot that was ready to go with plenty of extra coffee, cream and sugar. We will definitely stay here again (if available) during our next trip. 5 Stars across the board!!
