For a smaller, older hotel, I thought this place was clean and the pool area was nice too. Breakfast did kind of such though. There was not much to choose from. I rated high star though because I was very pleased with everything

the valve that controls the shower and drain was broken. I'm disabled and had to kneel down under the faucet to wash my hair and just use the wash cloth every where else. Rinsing was a real treat. it was rusty so it wasn't something new.

Yucky room - Great staff.
Staff was wonderful - pleasant and helpful. The beds were clean and nicely made. The room had torn wall coverings with some tape holding it together, the shower was atrocious - could not get a decent spray. Everything in the room was dated. Could hear people walking in the room above us. Windows and screens were dirty and the carpet looked dirty, too. Breakfast was so so. Finally, the room “key” was very iffy about unlocking outer door and room.

Made reservation after being guaranteed of at least two rooms being adjoining to only be told at check out they were not available and a “oh well” attitude. Pool was cold and matched the subpar breakfast that was cold and in order to heat the biscuits and gravy to edible temps you had to take it back to your room. Bathroom in one room looked like a mold ring around a bath mat that had been torn up. Super disappointed! Wouldn’t stay again 😢

The property needs a major update. Outside paint is peeling. Carpets are OLD. Floors feel soft. All the pillows are the same size - over stuffed. I had to sleep on a towel. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Staff was not friendly. I was not acknowledged when I stood at the counter. Not a good experience all around.

Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool. We'd stay again. Close to bike trails with trailheads in Woodward and Madrid. A little eprn looking on the outside but fine inside. Next to a Walmart.
