"Property was good & clean except for the backyard paths. They had dead palm foliage all over them. As we are in our late 70’s a grab rail would have been helpful in en-suite bathroom. Shower taps needed new washers as water kept dripping, in en-suite bathroom. An outside shower in the backyard would have been appreciated so you could wash sand off.
