"The property & house are great if you like an old farmhouse feel (we loved it!). Just make sure you realize check-in is after 5:30pm and when you arrive, you call the number to have someone let you in. This worked just fine for us and was prompt without issue. "The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors ..."
