"The staff where absolutely amazing. They allowed us an early check in. We where catching the afternoon train from Bundaberg, so they held our luggage while we went sightseeing, then allowed us to have a swim and and hang around the pool area until it was time for us to catch the train. Nothing was a bother, and all laid back. While it was not the “Ritz” the rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable and close to train station and river and a great Chinese takeaway just around the corner. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"Enjoyed the stay was comfortable with minor touches thought of like tea and coffee with milk. Appliances and cookware all in great condition. Plenty of towels and linen. Only recommendation would be blinds in the main living area as you would be able to see in through the night when lights are on. Nice view of river and friendly staff. "

"Enjoyed my 4 nights at this hotel, very central for shopping and sightseeing. Rooms were very clean. Was able to park underneath, however it is first in first serve. It would be nice if parking space is allocated for each room. I was not aware that Quay Street is the main arterial road to Bargara - a bit tricky trying to cross the road to look at shops in the mall. Overall I would still come back to stay at this hotel because of it’s central location. "
