"This is the 4th time I've stayed at the AC Suites and once again I have to compliment the housekeeping staff! My room and more importantly my bathroom - exceptionally clean! My niece, who lives in Penola, had a good look around my room and she was VERY impressed! AC Suites have new owners but the same friendly service. Will continue to recommend them as the best accommodation in Penola!"

"Booked for 2 nights during Festival but upon arrival was allocated an upstairs room. Despite the property not being fully booked was told a ground floor room was not available. This was a problem for us as being elderly we found that climbing stairs difficult. Parking was behind the building and open to anyone passing, I found this not very secure. Restaurant was Closed. "
