"Basic hotel but no issues apart from the stairwells and staircase to the car park being inhabited by homeless and stinking if smoke etc… my wife in particular found this very intimidating and wouldn’t go to car park alone. This clearly needs addressing by the hotel. "

"Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel"

"Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Superb location, easy walk into the Grand Place. Room comfortable. Take advantage of the parking in the hotel if you can - brilliant. Avoid the restaurant. Over priced food, served in heated up dishes, a real disappointment for a four star hotel. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance with better fresh food and a great atmosphere. "

"Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours."
