"The hotel was lovely! It was so well done with stunning rooms, bar and restaurant. All staff were super helpful and friendly. Particularly the lady who served us as breakfast, she was so kind and great to chat to. Great location with beautiful views and easy access to walks in the surrounding area. "This hotel is a gem! It's in a lovely location and the staff are fantastic - so helpful and friendly. They were also great with our dog. The on site restaurant has a varied menu and the food is excellent. The rooms themselves are also comfortable and there is plenty of parking on site. We had a fab stay and would love to return."

"Jo Stephen are warm and welcoming, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is perfect for us, warm clean and cosy, a wonderful location, with the most magnificent views of the bay. The sunrise from bed this morning was incredible 💖 many thanks to Jo Stephen for looking after us during our stay, lots of tips on local knowledge. Carparking very convenient too. Lovely stay"

"Nice clean family room, exactly as the pictures showed, perfectly functional room. Nice breakfast, served until 10 , which is nice if you’re a bit lazy in the morning! Great location, bang in the middle of town , 10 mins walk to the castle, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. The bar prices were quite steep (£7.35 a pint!!) but the cocktails were reasonably priced. There’s plenty of options in town. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is the pool area. It’s really wonderful, beautifully tiled, nice and big, we were there during half term and it wasn’t too busy. We really liked library aswell, very cosy with its big setees"
