"We had a fabulous week here in September, much helped by superb weather. Its impossible to review the cottage without mentioning the wonderful view across the river towards Cader Idris through the huge living room window. Our dog spent a lot of time gazing out of it at the sheep. The accommodation feels very spacious, you have all you need and bed was extremely comfortable. The garden is lovely on a sunny day, and Sally the host was very approachable and helpful. Also, the pizza place 300m away...

The bedrooms are very comfortable. The living room is relaxing and the kitchen has everything you need. You’re walking distance to pubs, restaurants and coffee shops as well as several hiking trails. "Wonderful location. The cottage was warm and cosy and had everything we needed apart from a tin opener. Some of the baking trays were well worn. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was an issue and on arrival in the village a very rude woman told us there was only parking for their guests and nowhere for anyone else. "
