"Very good airport hotel. Shuttle bus is convenient to commute from Frankfurt airport arrival to hotel back and fro. Porter service is friendly and helpful. Grateful to their kind assistance as I have a lot of luggages. Complimentary 2 bottles of high quality mineral water is much appreciated. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Like the young lady who helped to tag my luggage for stowage. Food at the lobby bar is worth a mention. Tried the carrot and ginger soup which is surprisingly very delicious and stomach warming for the cold temperature. Not overly salted and has its authentic carrot and ginger flavour. The fried chicken wings is also well seasoned and fried to perfection. Will not forget this discovery. My big compliment to the chef. I will return for the soup and chicken wings:) And of course to this hotel again for future stop over. Thank you to all the staff that has been kind and helpful to me. Take care. "

"This was a lovely hotel. I did not have a chance to enjoy the fitness center, but very much enjoyed the overall vibe of the hotel, including an excellent and well-apportioned breakfast. Location can’t be beat - close to the Zeil, a block from multiple S-bahn lines, many restaurants within very short walk. Highly recommend!"

"Our room was large and quiet with the best shower I’ve ever seen. The breakfast buffet was delicious with excellent local pastries and a wide variety of dishes."

"My go to hotel in Frankfurt, I get not everyone's cup of tea, but it is exactly like you see on the pictures. Well located for exploring the City, If arriving by train from the airport or main train station get off at Hauptwache stop and exit towards the end of the train you have just got off, the station before on the map may look nearer but it isn't. Reception is on the sixth floor, you need a card to access the other floors. Dedicated check in staff would be nicer rather than having to disturb someone from the bar is my only criticism. The shower is great and lovely smelling soap and shower gel, comfy bed and warm duvet"
