Gorgeous vistas and comfy accommodation
This place exceeded expectations. The guest house is comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer and will book with these lovely folks in the future if we can. It’s an escape - an hour’s drive to San Diego airport, and we did spend more time in our car than we expected, but every time we arrived to our rental we knew it was worth it.

Wonderful relaxing getaway
Came up with some friends for a relaxing batchelor party. Enjoyed the calmness of the place, played tabletop board games and cooked some good food on the grill. Really great place.

Our family normally stays in Oceanside but for spring we were trying something new for a short weekend trip. This property was beautiful and very enjoyable for young children. And Oceanside is 20 away so Saturday night we went into town and had a great evening. Highly recommend for nature lovers and young families.

Kris was very friendly. The guest house was clean and was perfect for the week we stayed. We really enjoyed the pool and the views outside are gorgeous. We had everything we need to pack with and do laundry. The beach is only 20 minutes away. We would definitely love to stay here again thank you Kris!!

Beautiful Home with amazing views
This is an adorable little place that is cwry well maintained. The area is very private and away from the big cities, yet close driving proximity to all the fun places. The family favorite place was the pool/hot tub while the sun was setting with the amazing views! My favorite was the amazing succulents on the well maintained property.

Great location for daytrips to Legoland and SeaWorld. We enjoyed evenings on the deck as the views are gorgeous. Kids enjoyed the pool that is on the property. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and dinner preparation. The owner is friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return. Highly recommend this lovely property.

Short Visit with my Cali family
It was perfect stay for my small family, while I caught up with my California family. It’s got beautiful views, was able to hang out in the hot tub the last night. Family does live in the main house which was great for my 6 year old daughter because she got to play with their kids. It’s secluded from the city but only 20 minutes to Oceanside or Temecula wine country. Host was very responsive and gave us tips for restaurants and grocery. Great place to stay 😁

The guest house was just the right size and had pretty much all that we needed. A couple of notes for future guests: -Instructions for accessing the gate key should be more clear -Anyone who is a light sleeper should know there is a rooster on property who is a very early riser Otherwise our stay was terrific!

Quaint and cozy
A few friends and I stayed here on the night before and after my wedding! We didn’t spend much time at the house itself because we had a lot going on for the wedding. Either way, this spot was very cozy for us and super comfortable! I would recommend this place or even stay here again!

This place was perfect both inside and out. We loved having our wine and dinner outside by the brick fireplace under the white italian lights looking out over the hillside. We got fresh eggs. And Kris always got back to when we needed anything.

Wish it was more private.
Host was helpful and location nice but we assumed that paying an extra to use the jacuzzi it would have been more private. From the pictures, it looked more private but then owner had people over (not loud or anything) but that deterred us from cruising around the house and using the pool/jacuzzi. Our mistake for assuming it was more private. For what we spent, we could have stayed at a hotel by the beach. Nice place but not what we expected for the price.
