"Lovely property and grounds. Wonderful friendly polite and helpful staff. Cozy rooms. Well decorated to suit the old georgian style in modern way. I did find it very hot in room but i waa staying on an extremely hot day it was a little uncomfortable howevver the staff did so all they could to help "

"The staff were so helpful and kind and let us book in early because we were going to Download Festival. Each evening they would leave cleaning stuff out for us to us before going into the hotel covered in mud. Friendly and kind would use them again any time. "

"Stayed for friends 30th bday. Staff gave us rooms next to each other on request and a much needed late checkout. Stayed here twice now and no issues! "

"Stayed with wife & daughter, room spacious with 2 comfortable double beds & decent size bathroom. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment, bar area was comfy with a terrace if you want to sit outside. Breakfast was lovely, lots on offer. Parking was easy, right next to the hotel. Discovered a bar/restaurant right on the quays below hotel which was lovely too"

"Lovely breakfast and team, Short walk away from most nice location and if the car park was full there was evening street parking. (From 630pm) . Great that the hotel has windows you can open for fresh air, i would prefer a bigger room but was comfortable for the one night . Modern shower and bathroom. "
