"We had a wonderful (but too short!) stay at this great little apartment. The location was an easy walk from the train station and Carlsbad Village with all the wonderful shops and restaurants. And one block from the beach! Small layout but it had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Pretty back deck with seating. "Unit F may be unique in the complex for having a sightline to a segment of ocean horizon one block to the west. It fulfilled my wish for a water view without the beachfront price. The apartment totally met our expectations for layout, supplies, cleanliness, quality and neighborhood. "The location itself was quiet and there was plenty of parking availble even during the holidays which was a surprise. Inside was clean and was exacrly like the photos. Massah was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. There's also a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants alll within 5 minutes of the property. Overall, it was exactly what we needed! Highly recommend and would definitely book again."

"Stayed here for a weekend with my partner and it was the perfect place! Nancy and Todd are amazing hosts and the communication was great. This casita was perfect for 2 people and had everything we needed. I loved that the kitchenette is fully equipped and the bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it is not too far from the stores. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10! :)"

"Thank goodness the property lived up to the hype (with so many 10/10 ratings) because it was unusually rainy throughout our stay. Despite that, we had a great time! The house is impeccable, the views were amazing, and they had lots of puzzles, books and games for us to borrow. They did not forget a thing! We did get one nice beach day, and they provided towels and chairs as well. They thought of everything!!"
