Come enjoy this slice of paradise on Bankers Island Spit! Enjoy 300 ft of level Lake Tapps waterfront! Lake views from nearly every room! Bright living/great room boasts a fireplace and bar area! Formal dining room with slider door to back deck! The kitchen has a large island and open concept, Primary bedroom overlooking the lake and full bath upstairs! 3 additional bedrooms and 2 baths on main! Back yard with hot tub, and wood burning fire pit for roasting marshmallows and expansive deck boasting beautiful views of the foothills! This home has two docks. Minutes to HWY 410, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment including 15 minutes from the Muckleshoot Casino and resort.

Guest Access: Guests have access to main house, deck, yards, docks.
Other things to note: There are security cameras on the exterior of the house. The TV's are connected to wifi so that you can stream your hulu, netflix, amazon prime, etc. This location is a great safe area for family walks or bike rides.

This place is Amazing. I love how it’s the corner house of the area of the lake. There’s an area where no one really drives their boat or jet ski through so you don’t have to worry so much when the kids are in the water. I love the modern look, instructions and details on where to find things and how to operate anything in the house. If you still couldn’t figure it out, Shawna and Clint are one call away. They’re super friendly, easy to talk to and you can tell they’re family oriented. The people around are friendly as well. My daughters absolutely loved this place as soon as we walked in. The views were gorgeous especially with the sunrise. The rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful time. Now they are asking to come here every summer. lol.. What a great experience this was with lots of fun love and laughter. Memories and pictures that will last forever. I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed.

Can’t say enough good things about this property and the host! It has every amenity you could want, beautiful views, comfy beds and plenty of space! Being on the water was such a treat! The house and furnishings were very nice and comfortable! And Host was very responsive to all questions! Can’t wait to book another stay next time we’re in town! Best of the Best!

Beautiful house & location!
We loved the house and the wonderful location on the lake. However, we need to note that the master shower has a big problem with the availability of hot water! We both ran out of hot water each time we took a shower...after just a few minutes! Also, there is no guest closet in the master bedroom so no place to hang clothes. Other than that it is a great place to vacation!

Lakeside perfection
We loved our stay here. The home itself is immaculate and clean and property is impressive with waterfront on both sides of it. The home comes stocked with everything you could possibly need In the kitchen, for sleeping and for outdoor fun. At night we enjoyed watching the kids jump off the nearby bridge while having a cocktail on the patio. We have already booked this house for later this summer, it was that good.
