"A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking...

"Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market). "

"This property does not match the publicity photos - they must be at least ten years old! The reception didn’t even have any lights on and there was nowhere to get coffee. The place is shabby, the decor is faded, the bed was a worn out foam mattress on two planks of wood! The bedding was faded and had cigarette burns in it! The walls of the rooms are not soundproofed. I’m a biker and I’ve stayed in rough places but this was disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this place but I recommend Expedia...

It’s very dog friendly - some hotel’s accommodate dogs but are barely tolerant this isn’t one of them. There are tracks to walk from the door in beautiful countryside. "This is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy thrills. We were pleasently surprised. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. There many restaurants close by to choose from, within walking or driving distance. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we were in the area."

"The chalet accommodation is ideal for us and our two small dogs as we do not disturb the hotel guests if the dogs want an early morning toilet. The food in the restaurant was very nice but an “over the top” bar tender added farce to a lovely evening. We have stayed in the chalets for the last two years but no maintenance work has been done on faulty door handles and toilet flushes."

"Loved it here! We want to come back! We stayed in a tree house and it was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our cats. We loved the pool, activities, and playground. We want to come back during the summer to do the zip lining and other activities in the warmer weather. I wish there was more food options. It was also nice to have the wifi in the lounge area by the pool. We loved walking around and seeing the different accommodations."
