Very nice hotel but needs some maintenance

Hotel is beautiful but requires some maintenance. First room we got the AC did not work. Second room had issues with the toilet flush and the sink. Hotel charges R$25.00 parking per night but we parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Scorpion in the room

I got stung by a small scorpion at 2am when i was asleep in bed. The hotel is far from all restaurants and shops. Shower kept dripping water all night making noise. One night there was no water to flush the toilet. Rooms are ok. Hotel amenities are ok, with swimming pool and sauna.

Hotel bom, perdeu um pouco a qualidade

Recepção muito boa, quartos bons, piscina boa. O ruim foi o restaurante, muito caro e baixa qualidade. Pedi um macarrão (grano duro e parmesão - veio um macarrão super molengo e sem queijo - péssimo). Não entregavam o que estava descrito no cardápio. Drinks elaborados de qualquer jeito e o pior era o café da manha, todos os dias tinha mosca nos bolos, queijo e presunto. Reclamei com as atendentes todos os dias, não gostavam, mas dai ligavam o ar condicionado forte em cima da bancada do café. Hotel deve reavaliar isso. Porque perdeu muito a qualidade em detrimento dessas falhas na alimentação.

experiência ruim aqui nao volto

hotel em sim muito bom localização boa o estacionamento razoavel portão as vozes porém fiquei duas noite sai pra tomar cafe cheguei a faxineira viu que tinha todos os pertence la tava mechendo em tudo limpando 7,40 da manhã no outro dia estavamos dormindo seme nu com o ar ligado , sabia que tinha gente alguém entrou em nosso quarto acordamos sairam correndo nao recomendo e a quinta vez que me hospedo aqui isso aconteceu ontem e hoje 23 / 12 /2024 e 24/ 12 / 2024 não gostei falta de respeito sem noção .

Otimo hotel

Otimo hotel com boas instalações e quartos de bom tamanho. Precisa rapido de um paisagismo maior. Nos 5 dias que fiquei nao vi ninguém cuidando do jardim. Bom cafe da manhã, piscina cabe uma repaginada, tá bem desatualizado. De maneira geral um bom hotel. Recomendo.

A estadia foi boa! Destaque para o café da manhã que é excelente! Atendimento respeitoso e atencioso! Recomendo para quem vai à Bonito!! Alguns pontos, porém, poderiam ser melhores: - O quarto estava com um cheio forte de banheiro; - A televisão não pegava bem; - O ar condicionado fazia barulho, provavelmente por falta de manutenção; - Na piscina, apareceu uma “barata-d’água” que atacou um dos colegas-hóspedes; - Não tinha bebedouro e o preço da garrafa d’água, apesar de acompanhar o comércio local, estava bastante elevado (uma vez que não forneciam em outra opção). No geral, gostamos bastante da estadia!!
