We welcome you to Paradise & Luxury! Nestled in Southwest Florida, sits this stunning Bonita Springs condo, 1000 sq. feet inside & our expansive 240 sq. feet wrap around lanai overlooking the serene tropical pool. Located in a tropical gated resort atmosphere setting, and only 3-4 minutes to neighboring Naples. Enjoy this beautifully decorated & spacious 1 bedroom condo, 2 FULL baths with all the amenities of home. Just minutes from many pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast! 2 heated pools, 1 resort style pool with waterfall & Tiki hut serving light fare and drinks in season. There is a 2nd heated quiet pool surrounded by soothing fountains and hot tub. You will have the convenience of the “FREE” BEACH SHUTTLE to Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach in season. In season you can take advantage of the “FREE” sunset shuttle.

Step inside our coastal paradise & relax with spectacular views from the expansive wall to wall glass sliding doors from the family room & bedroom with plenty of natural light. Take in the relaxing sounds of the fountains surrounded by tropical lush palm trees, with 2 lanais overlooking the serene quiet pool. Enjoy the open floor plan between the fully equipped kitchen and living room. Spacious bedroom features a king size bed with sliders onto your lanai, there is a large en-suite/bathroom, double vanities, enclosed private commode, oversized fully tiled walk-in shower, roman tub, large walk-in closet, and 50 inch 4K flat screen TV. The second full bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower, commode and separate closet.

Restaurants, dancing, music, golfing, marinas, boating, bike rentals (walking distance from resort), jet ski/paddle boarding/kayaking rentals, trolly & tiki boat tours/cruises, fishing, National Accredited Zoo, Philharmonic Orchestra & Concerts, 5th Ave, Mercado & Coconut Point Mall. Southwest Florida International Airport is only a short 25 minute drive.

This was a charmingly decorated condo with a two-room wide screened-in deck overlooking a lagoon and swimming pool. Everything was very comfortable. We felt downright cosseted! The gym was one of the best equipped we’d seen. While on the treadmill, I could overlook a rock waterfall flowing into another swimming pool. Great location as well.

larger than most 1 bedroom condos place was super clean located off the street with no traffic noise. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with tons of towels I would certainly stay there again, the only negative would be my assigned parking had a huge concrete pillar near it and I was driving a large SUV made it difficult so I ended up parking in guest parking outside

The description of this property is spot on. It is less than a mile away from the closest beach and the condo furnishings are comfortable and everything that you would need. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. We appreciated that they had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels for their guests to use! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Liza and Tony were great hosts! The condo was immaculate and was furnished with everything we needed and more! The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow for everything from the access codes, to the parking spots, to the TV's! The pools are lovely and the location is conveniently located to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. (Unfortunately, the beaches were closed due to hurricane Ian.) There was a nice welcome book with info on local attractions and restaurants which was very helpful. Thanks Liza and Tony.

Our stay at this property was terrific. It has a resort vibe without a big crowd. It was quiet and peaceful, with access to two pools, one with a grill & bar. The condo itself was immaculately clean and comfortable, with all the amenities of home. It's in a great location, with easy access to many places to eat, sightsee, or relax on a beach - even miniature golf! Liza was a terrific host - easy to communicate with via text or cell. She was quick to respond to a few small issues and questions we had. When we are in the area again it will be our go-to place to stay!

Highly recommended 1 bedroom condo
spent a week at this condo in early Nov 2022. It is quitae spacious and very nicely decorated, very comfortable. Large lanai facing east overlooking the smaller quiet pool. Condo complex has nice amenities incl 2 pools and 2 hot tubs plus large excercise room. I would stay again and highly recoomend it.

We could not have been more impressed with this beautiful condominium and the community it is located in. The condo was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The VRBO site was easy to use to book and the host was very prompt in approving our stay. We had a few ‘non issue’ questions which were immediately answered by the host and the entire 5 night stay was perfect for our getaway. The communication with the hosts from start to finish was awesome and we appreciate they were concerned with us being happy customers. Anything we could’ve wanted available to us as guests was right there. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine as we relaxed on the lanai and talked about how soon we could return. We highly recommend this property and know anyone would love spending time there while in the area. We anticipated going to the beach every day but found the large pool was so inviting that we spent more time there than on the beach which is only 5 minutes away. We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. What a delight! I have traveled extensively and have rarely received such pampering. This sparkling 1-bedroom condo is spacious, airy, and beautifully furnished, including a peaceful screened patio where my husband and I enjoyed watching summer afternoon storms approach. The home has two gracious full-bathrooms and a washer/dryer combo. Liza, the host, was incredibly kind, answering my questions with patience and good cheer. It's obvious she is obsessed with beauty and detail, looking out for our every need. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, Liza also provided thoughtful personal amenities like hair products, complimentary sunscreen, a choice of two stylish beach bags, beach chairs, and a sun umbrella. Plus it was our 25th anniversary, and she gifted us a delicious bottle of Riesling and left us a sweet congratulatory card. The property in which this home is located is superb as well. It's beautifully maintained, with two pools & hot tubs, a fully-equipped gym. clean & lighted covered parking garage, and security gates. I felt so safe and happy here, I hated to leave. I could not recommend this home any more highly.

Wow! From the time we landed to the time we left Liza & Tony were amazing- always available if we needed anything and gave lots of helpful tips for eating / things to do! (The welcome book was super helpful too!) From the minute we walked into the condo it felt like home away from home- fully loaded with dishes / beach towels to hair products & a beach bag! Mr Flamingo was there to greet us with a bottle of wine! Each morning we either went to the beach or down to the pool (which is amazing and so relaxing!!) We tried both of the pools, we preferred the larger pool because we enjoyed listening to the waterfall! So many memories were made in the week we spent- oh and we got engaged!!! (At the picture perfect beach sunset) 😍 Be sure to fill out the guest book- it was neat reading others stories! Truly a 10/10 property, we will certainly be back to share more memories with Liza & Tony!

Anniversary Get Away!
We loved every minute of our trip. The condo was clean, spacious and oh so relaxing. The pools were excellent and peaceful. I Loved being by the pool. The area was super simple to navigate with everything close by. We discovered Lovers Key state park our last day it was beautiful we wished we found it earlier. we'll definitely be back when time allows another trip without kids. Bonita Vacation and House hunting 5/9/22 - 5/19/22
Stayed at "Bella Bonita" (owners name), at Bonita Village for 10 days. As I have already told the owners, this property, the owner/hosts, and the entire experience exceeded all expectations!! From the initial communications, and absolutely all aspects of our trip, Liza and Tony were there to insure all our needs were met. Everything for the check-in was a breeze (Liza actually texted me while we were still in flight, preparing for our arrival). Everything was simple and easy on us. The condo itself was perfect! Meticulous details were not overlooked, and everything you needed (even personal items like shampoo, soap, etc) that you usually do not get were provided. The property was tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail, hospital clean, and felt comfortable from the first minute. Perfect location with the huge lanai overlooking the quiet pool (where we spent many of our days). The main pool was great too, but the quiet pool was just nice an close to the condo to walk back an forth. Location wise it was perfect also. Very close to the beaches (and go to the beaches)...very close, dining and shopping in Bonita, Naples, Estero, and even Ft. Meyers, you are centrally located to everything. If you cant find it there, you didn't look!! Liza went out of her way with information beyond just the condo, and provided their own website with all kinds of local info that we used daily (beaches, eateries, shopping, Bonita Village info), really there was no detail missed by Liza and Tony. Great gym on property that we used daily too. We were visiting for vacation, but also beginning our house hunting journey. Liza even recommended a realtor that they work with, and we did in fact contact her and start to work with her. Incredible! Liza & Tony, we have already told you many times how perfect our stay was (including 10 ideal weather days). We cannot thank-you enough for you sharing your Florida home with us, our fun texts before, during, and after our stay, and really just looking out for us, to insure we had everything we needed. This is the perfect condo: absolute mint condition, a great location close to beaches/restaurants/amenities, and Liza & Tony are extremely professional and gracious hosts. Check-in & communication: Liza & Tony provided a wealth of information several days before our arrival: directions, door codes, and suggestions for local amenities & restaurants. This was extremely helpful, as it allowed us to plan our daily schedule well in advance. Upon our arrival, they checked in to see if everything met our expectations, and they were available via text message our entire stay in case we needed anything (which we really didn't, because their preparation was so helpful and thorough). Condo unit: It's obvious Liza & Tony take pride in their condo, and for good reason. It was in absolute mint condition. It reminded us of a 5-star hotel, with a welcoming feel, clean & quality linens, and everything in its proper place. Little details like the stocked coffee station and easy-to-operate TV made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Resort property: the condo is located within a safe and secluded gated community. The grounds are clean and very well-kept. The pools and surrounding areas are maintained very well - we saw resort staff cleaning and situating pool chairs & umbrellas every morning at sunrise. Location: perfectly situated a mile from the beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The grocery store is less than a mile away. Overall, we had a perfect vacation. Liza & Tony are absolute top-notch hosts - they should teach a course on hospitality!
