Summary:
We happily welcome pets with well-behaved owners! This light and bright villa was recently renovated and offers two king beds, two full ensuite bathrooms and half bath downstairs, new appliances, and an adorable screened-in patio with spacious seating that sits high up with long canal views and an abundance of Florida nature at it's finest to entertain you. Enjoy a cozy [but roomy] living room with large 65" Samsung smart TV, perfect for entertaining or spending an evening in. Enjoy Xfinity's fastest Gigabit 1200 Mbps internet, Roku-Hulu streaming TV services with sports package to watch that special game! This location is super convenient for shopping, dining, & some fun in the sun! Beach access minutes away!

The Space:
Two story villa with the living areas, half bath and upgraded lanai on the 1st level (no steps). The 2nd level (15 steps) has both bedrooms with attached private baths (showers), smart 40" Samsung TV's and lots of closet space. All flooring is pet friendly tile (1st level) and easy care luxury vinyl (2nd level and lanai) so no worry there. There are 12 cement steps down to the seawall.

Guest Access:
Guests will be given electric door code the day before check in a welcome email.

The Neighborhood:
This waterfront neighborhood is located just a few minutes away from Bonita's main intersection of Bonita Beach Rd. & US 41 Rd., just 4 miles to I-75 (International airport is 20-30 minutes), a mere 3.35 miles to the pristine white sands on Bonita Beach with lots of public access and 9.5 miles is the world famous "Dog Beach" where dogs can enjoy the white sands! Bonita Springs is super pet friendly with over 30 dog friendly acres in 5 parks! Oh yes, there is great local shopping and dining with big shopping malls close by also.

Enjoyed view from lanai.
Enjoyed water view and wildlife from lanai. Great decorations and new furnishings helped to make the stay enjoyable. We will stay here again when visiting this area.

Beautiful location near everything in Bonita Beach
Needed a place to stay for a visit with family. Cost was better than hotels. Place was clean, convenient and beautiful. Will try to book same place next time I’m in town.

Lovely home in Bonita Springs
Clean and spacious home is as described. Great location near golf courses, restaurants and beaches. The host was easy to work with and readily available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. So many details were adressed: beauty of the art, cleanliness, great mattresses, ice in the freezer and items available for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler). Steve's place was newly finished. Everything was top quality. The grill was a nice addition. Nice beds, washer dryer, tv's, appliances. I would recommend this place to any one looking for a quiet place for a vacation rental.

Great 2 BR condo, very convenient
Nice place and kitchen, very well equipped especially liked having gas grill and jacuzzi. The only suggeston is maybe softer filler, the oyster shell area is tough on the tootsies, so don't go barefoot. Very nice place.

Perfect Place in Bonita Springs
This was one of the best places we have stayed at anywhere. Everything was well maintained, clean, comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with good quality items (only thing missing was a strainer.) The screened in back porch overlooking the inlet was just lovely. And the property's location was ideal: not too far from the beach; close to restaurants, grocery stores - even the flea market!

Well located
We did not use the jacuzzi because there were some hairs in the water that didn't look clean either. Took our own sheets and pillows,as well as disposable plates and utensils. Overall it is a nice confortable well located house.

Bonita sunset
I have booked many places on VRBO but this place went over and above making sure that we had everything we wanted.Steve and his team,left a clean,comfortable and spacious house for us to enjoy.He went out of his way in communicating any needs we had and even got some extras for us!Weather was perfect,sitting outside was heaven for us.We plan to be back to enjoy those sunsets once again!!Thanks again Steve and team.☀️

Everything we needed
Stayed in Bonita to visit our daughter. Perfect location for us. We didn’t try and access the beach or anything. The property was well kept and as advertised. The lanai out back was very comfortable as were the bedrooms and bathrooms.
