Christmas trip
Love the location as it’s an easy run to the beach. Backyard has everything you need to enjoy a day of relaxing in the sun. It no longer has a tv outside but new updated amenities are great.

Great Relaxing Vacation
The accommodations were excellent in nice neighborhood and wonderful amenities. Property manager was great to work with and the check in process was easy. It was well stocked, clean and having the pool right there was a plus. Would definitely book again!

Great outdoor amenities. Beautiful setting with lots of room to relax or entertain. Especially enjoyed the new hot tub. Property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Great Stay!
Jason and his team are amazing. The property manager was so patient as we had many questions. Bonita Springs is a great place to visit, especially when you have a great place to stay!

We had an amazing time while in Bonita Beach. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The communication was great with the manager. I know this house doesn’t have many reviews but don’t let that stop you from booking. You will love it here.

Great house!
This house is amazing! The pictures on the listing are a little out of date, the house is even better than the pictures. Lots of space for flexible living and plenty of room. The garage theater was the surprise hit, and the backyard was awesome. Great house!! Could use some more hooks for hanging pool towels, just a suggestion.

Wow - fantastic upgrade!!
So...we got a last minute notification that the house we had rented was unavailable due to storm damage. The host offered us another property, which was amazing! The communication was great, the house and grounds were awesome, lots of extras that you don't normally expect when renting a property. We ended up spending more time at the property than out and about, because we had so much fun there!

This was the perfect home for the perfect Florida winter vacation. Home was spacious, very clean, great kitchen, comfortable mattresses on all the beds, nice quiet neighborhood. But the outside was the highlight of the home! Pool, hot tub, covered lanai, outdoor kitchen, lots of seating. Fun for the whole family - or just the 2 of you. We had no issues during our stay, and the property manager was very responsive when I contacted with a couple of questions. When you are seeking the perfect close to the beach, relaxing, but fun vacation home, look no further.

Great back yard.
We had a very nice 4 night stay. A minor problem was addressed by the contact person immediately. Really loved hanging out by the pool and Jacuzzi, and the grill was great! Close drive to the beach made this an excellent location. Thinking of staying again.

Nice place to stay!
We had a great time here! It is not to far from the beach or the grocery store! There is mini golf right down the street. The house and pool area was nice! The heated pool was great for the chillier days we were there! We would stay here again.

My wife, sister, her husband and I stayed at this great house for a few days and it was everything the pictures showed. The heated pool and the hot tub were perfect! I would recommend this house to anyone that's looking for a quick get a way or just to enjoy the close beaches/food near by.

Fantastic Vacation home
We stayed at Jason's home over Christmas with my family and it was fantastic! Plenty of room for 6 of us, pool, hot tub, and the roku tvs outside were great to watch football! Super close to everything nearby. Will definitely book again!

Awesome Getaway!!!!!!!
We spent Labor Day weekend here and it was a blast! Huge home,beautiful kitchen and the back yard was amazing. Pool,hot tub,2 tiki bars and TV’s in both tikis. The renter returned texts in a quick manner and was very helpful. Definitely going back! Worth every penny!!!!!!!

Beautiful Propety! Well Kept.
Loved this house. It was perfect for our stay in the area. Totally worth every penny. It was spacious, kept well, the private pool, jacuzzi and Tiki bar in the back yard was absolutely wonderful. I did not want to leave. Jason was great at getting back to me with any questions I had. The Netflix and Hulu was perfect as well for a night well relaxed watching a movie. Thank you! will stay there again when in the area;-))

This place is a paradise by itself! I felt like we were staying in our private resort!
Jason is a amazing host. He was very welcoming and hospitable! The house is just like it is as in the pictures. It’s a beautiful place, with so many things to do. Jason provided us with everything we needed. He was always a call away to answer all the questions we had. He was very accommodative with what we wanted. The house is a paradise. It is clean, well organised and very well maintained. I had an amazing experience staying here. I would come here and recommend everyone to try and experience life bing is this house. Graduation weekend escape
The home was extremely welcoming and comfortable. A great gathering place before and after graduation festivities from FGCU throughout the long weekend. Great restaurants nearby (definitely try Coconut Jacks) and short Uber ride to Naples or other great places. We'll be back for sure.

Tiki Fun!
This is a great vacation home. The backyard is exceptional with the pool, bar, tiki hut and spa. It is easy to just stay home, relax and enjoy. The only thing I would say re:: the listing description is "walk to the beach" is somewhat inaccurate a it is quite a distance for walking, however definitely a short drive.

House was amazing! Everything you could want.
Very clean and well maintained. Exactly as advertised, in fact even better. Deck and pool area was amazing for entertaining! Jason was very friendly and totally accommodating. Only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Absolutely would recommend! If it's available...BOOK IT!
