Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....
