I also had **specific comfort requests**, and he went out of his way to accommodate them, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. For **scuba divers**, this resort is a dream! "This was our third stay at Captain Don's, we loved it as much as the first time, in 1998. We were upgraded to the deluxe oceanfront suite, great view, large room. 2 pools at the resort. Staff helped us with car rental options after the place we reserved with had no cars. We enjoy being in the quieter area away from town. Having a car is needed if you want to explore the island (which you definitely should) but, if you don't have a car, there's a supermarket and some restaurants walkable to the resort. Onsite dining and bar at the resort as well. Bar bites and pizza on site in addition to the full restaurant. The reef to the right was good for snorkeling, plus 2 resident tarpon had out under the restaurant. "
