"The hotel reservation said IHG but we rode past it because it was a Holiday Inn Express. They put a $75 hold on my card that would take 2-3 days to release after leaving. My husband wanted waffles but they had a pancake machine. The coffee machine was not working. One of the elevators was out of order and the other made a lot of noise. "

One was required to get across an extremely busy highway to a turning lane. At the turning lane, the traffic caused excess waiting times. "The staff was very helpful, in particular Jeff. He helped me sort out a reservation with promptness and courtesy. The only two issues I had was that the refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled some food. Also the parking lot was quite small. I came for a big soccer tournament and the parking lot was packed every single evening which made parking difficult. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the staff was top notch "
