Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

"This is great spot if you want to get away from everything for a while. Contact with Mila was superb, the directions to the property made it very easy to find. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable with panoramic views of the mountains. It's very quiet and easy to relax there.
