"Spotless, very nice hotel"

"It was the worst hotel I never stayed in Brazil. The receptionist was totally unprofessional and didn't care too much about customers. There was nobody at the reception for check-in and we were waiting for more than 30 minutes. It turned out that he was having his dinner at the upstairs. When the another staff finally called him down and then he gave us a very unhappy face and called us to go to the upstairs with him for the check-in. Moreover, the room wasn't cleaned enough.
