"It was the worst hotel I never stayed in Brazil. The receptionist was totally unprofessional and didn't care too much about customers. There was nobody at the reception for check-in and we were waiting for more than 30 minutes. It turned out that he was having his dinner at the upstairs. "Pasamos 5 días con mi esposa y 2 de mis hijos de 8 y 10 años. Pasamos bárbaro el equipo de animación fue excelente, Cebola y minhoca junto a la otra chica estuvieron pendientes de que no solo disfrutaramos en familia sino que nos dieron tiempo para disfrutar en pareja. Muy recomendable. La playa y el servicio de playa excelente. Todo el personal con buena disposición. Si hay algo para aconsejar es que tendrían que contratar más personal de apoyo para la reposición del Buffet principalmente cuando hay grupos grandes como fue el caso que habían 2 ómnibus de excursion lo que llevaba el servicio al limite. Pero por lo demás 10 puntos."

"Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free. "
