Unfortunately, we were then faced with a closed door and had to quickly find another accommodation on Sunday evening, which was anything but easy and also came at a higher cost. All in all, it was a very annoying situation!"

There was an issue for a day and half where our master shower was not working due to a missing piece so our family of five needed to use the smaller unit. Not a problem but just inconvenience. I had to be proactive in this communication but after the owner personally called and wanted to make sure the unit issue was addressed. They did get then handy man to come and fix it.
