"Absolutely Love the location , Amazing. Unfortunately the unit itself was very unclean, with mould smells permeating from the kitchen cupboards and the bedside table draws. The cutlery and crockery was unclean particularly the mugs which had have heavy coffee stains throughout. The fridge was unclean, and animal droppings were in the draws of the bedside table. I do not think the unit is up to minimum standards for holiday letting. "

"The stay was sensational. Fantastically close to the beach (and what a beach!!) and nice and quiet. The backyard was beautiful to relax in. Loved all the plants. Amenties were great anmd comfortable. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Tracy."

"Great veiws beautiful place to stay "

"This place was absolutely stunning! It has such a unique charm, and the location is perfect – right in the heart of everything. The water views from the top room were breathtaking! The property had everything you could need for a perfect stay, from all the little comforts to the thoughtful amenities. The host Graham was also fantastic—super easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend!"

"This property was as mentioned on the site however we assumed there would at least be coffee/tea and basic necessities like oil to cook with. We also thought we could hot spot our own wifi but signal was pretty much non existent so we could not watch things we had brought from home on usb, or netflix. The front porch area was filled with debris and we had to do a major sweep to get it clean."

"Entire floor throughout apartment was sandy/dirty. Made it very uncomfortable to walk barefoot. I understand if there was a bit of sand from the beach, but it was as if nobody had swept or vacuumed the floor. Location was great which is why it gets 3 stars"

"Great location. Difficult toLocate due to limited signage. No attention to cleanliness. Unswept. Cheap small hard low bed. No air conditioning. Very bad television reception. Unable to Lock Screen doors for night ventilation "

"Location is amazing but the property needs a good clean inside and out and is in desperate need of some TLC Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. Every tap in the joint drips, there is water damage throughout the kitchen and bathroom. No AC but great airflow if they’d invest in a few more pieces of dowel to keep the windows ajar."

"Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful I spilt some nail polish on the floor at 3:15 approximately on Monday and I immediately reported it to reception. No one came before I left for an appointment at 4:10pm that day. Next morning I rang reception as the iron wasn’t working at around 7:45am and asked for a working iron and again reported about the nail polish on the floor.
