But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. What started as likely pretty mediocre quality "camp" like structure has significant deferred maintenance issues. The outside entry way is essentially plywood, frost heaved pavers, peeling paint. "We had a great weekend here. We enjoyed the spacious apartment and loved the coffee and treats left behind. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great location. We definitely needed to have an AWD vehicle at the time due to snow melt and muddy roads! Great stay…thank you!"

"Nothing to share but the kindest of words for Danny and his property. Gorgeous location, dog friendly and close in proximity to Jay. We felt safe crating our dogs while we rode, and took the liberty of doing some exploration on the property while we were there. Can definitely see us renting again (and again) if Danny lets us!"

"The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor...

"This condo was exactly as described. It was meticulously clean and well-located within the Jay Peak resort. It was family-friendly and comfortably appointed with items such as a pack-n-play and a high chair. The host, Danny, was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend! "
