Tolle Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage
sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem im Zentrum von Boltenhagen, nur 150 m vom Strand entfernt; Wohnung sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt

Die Anreise/Check in war problemlos, top Lage mit genügen Platz…, toller Aussenbereich, ein Kartoffelstampfer hat uns gefehlt , aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Leider waren ein paar Silberfische zu sehen im Wohnzimmer und Bad. Dazu leider ein unten komplett verschimmelter Duschvorhang, der einfach mal getauscht werden müsste.

FEWO sehr einladend!
Unsere FEWO machte einen sehr guten, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Eindruck! Wir verlebten sehr erholsame und entspannte Tage. Wir können aber für die Sauberkeit nur 4 Sterne vergeben! In der FEWO innen gab es in punkto Sauberkeit nichts zu bemängeln! Leider wirkte das äußere Umfeld (z.B. die Terrasse mit den Möbeln) recht unsauber und unaufgeräumt! Da muss unbedingt zum Saisonbeginn eine Grundreinigung stattfinden! Ansonsten waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden und würden diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

Schöne, ebenerdige, großzügige, zentrumsnahe Wohnung
Sehr zentral gelegene, gepflegte Wohnung. Mit Kind ideal, Außenbeleuchtung zum verweilen, barrierefrei. Ideal für 2-3 Personen aber bis zu 4 möglich. Für Kinder war sogar Spielzeug vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Meine beiden Kids (5 & 11) und ich haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Bauer sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Strandausflüge und sonstige Unternehmungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nichts zu beanstanden.
An sich wirklich ganz schön, habe wie gesagt nichts zu beanstanden. Check In lief reibungslos. Parkplatz gab es wie angegeben direkt vorm Haus ( mich hat irritiert das es ein Behindertenparkplatz ist, aber laut der Dame am Empfang is das in Ordnung so und kein Problem).

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage
Die Wohnung mit sichtgeschützter Süd-Terrasse liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist trotz der perfekt zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Neben dem 4-Platten-Herd mit Backofen und Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine gibt es einen Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mixer. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind großzügig vorhanden, auch für Kinder. Bücher, Filme (DVDs) und Spiele stehen bereit. Für Nicht-Betroffene etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die für Rollstuhlfahrer ausgelegte Einrichtung inkl. Badezimmer. Für uns war die Wohnung hervorragend geeignet als Start für Strandspaziergänge oder Radtouren. In Boltenhagen selbst oder in Klütz (5 km entfernt) gibt es einige touristische Ziele. Die reizvolle Hansestadt Wismar ist ca. 25 km entfernt. Für Ostseeurlauber können wir Boltenhagen und die Ferienwohnung von Julia Bauer wärmstens empfehlen.

Überlaufen in der Vorsaison
Die Lage war ok. Der Parkplatz war besetzt mit dem Auto einer Bekannten der Vermieterin - das war schon mal kein glücklicher Einstieg! Das Vermittlungsbüro konnte nichts machen. Alle Parkplätze sind Gebührenpflichtig, im ganzen Ort. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber man hat gemerkt, wir sind die ersten Gäste und nichts ist vorbereitet für die Saison. In jedem Zimmer war eine Glühbirne defekt. Über dem Herd brannte kein Licht, so dass mein Mann Einkaufen fuhr um Birnen zu besorgen und diese einzubauen. Ohne das Licht war es zu schummrig in der Küche. Die Terrasse war voller Laub und die Gartenmöbel nicht ausgepackt. Die Hausmeister waren so freundlich, die riesige Plane abzunehmen, es stand viel Wasser darin vom Winter. Es sind vielleicht Kleinigkeiten, doch die Summe macht es dann, dass wir uns nicht willkommen fühlten, Hauptsache vermietet und das Geld kommt rein! Unangenehm war der Trubel an Touristen und Hunden, und das in der Vorsaison. Für uns ist das sicher das erste und letzte Mal, dass wir in Boltenhagen gewesen sind.

Es ist schade das Geschäfte und Gastro so früh schließen. Der Ort ist sehr sauber und es gibt nette Geschäfte. Die Wohnung könnte sauberer sein und das Bett ist sehr schlecht gestellt, man kann auf der einen Seite nur vom unteren Bettrand hinein kriechen! Es stimmt das es sehr ruhig ist und trotzdem mitten drin.
