"Second winter break get away as a family in this beautiful cottage !!! Did not disappoint you have everything you need at the place , extremely clean !!! Very spacious with a great view of the lake !!! The host is very helpful and addresses all concerns within seconds !!! If your looking for a family cottage place I strongly recommend it !!!"

"It's the same place as in the picture. The lake view from the living room is really nice, and the space is large, so it's a good place for a family to come. The landlord replies to messages right away and communicates well. I went there for a rest. I highly recommend it."

"Not a lakeside property, it's a bungalow house with no lake access. Property did not look like the pictures posted on the site at all. The house itself was nice in the inside with 3 small bedrooms. Did not stay there i cancelled as soon as i got thdre and realized it was not even close to what i was renting"

"Great home for a long weekend ice fishing getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room area. The home was perfect for the guys to have a bonding weekend with our kids ice fishing.The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing after a long day on the ice. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had a great rentalThis is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve enjoyed both trips. Already looking to book again...

"The cottage has a great layout for a smallish family gathering and has a great outdoor space. The waterfront is at a quiet and beautiful part of the lake with lots of wildlife and was really nice at sunset and sunrise. "

"This very small two-bedroom home met our needs well. The home is older but renovated with some new touches and a few quirks. Rustic bedrooms, which we wish had more than one power outlet each. Excellent kitchen. We didn't love the position of the stairs immediately outside the bathroom door and would recommend some additional updates (ex. making the jacuzzi tub usable and replacing the missing shower door with another door instead of a curtain). Aside from those small quirks, the house was good,...

"We were 3 friends who spent 2 nights at this location. We had a most relaxing and peaceful time. The location is not too far from the GTA and overlooks a beautiful lake.The unit was extremely well-equipped and comfortable. Joan met us when we arrived and took us through everything in the apartment, so we were well informed. The hosts were wonderful. Will definitely recommend to our friends."

"This was a great secluded property near Beaverton. The house was well stocked and very clean and convenient for our ice fishing trip to Lake Simcoe. Unfortunately the fishing was slow but we still had a great time. "

Everything was as advertised and interactions with Warren and Ron were friendly and efficient. Only caveat would be that stairs inside and out are steep, so might not be the best for people with mobility limitations."
