"Everything is walking distance (within about a 2 km radius). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook all your own meals. The back patio is definitely a plus: I had my morning coffee while bird watching, and on several days there were howler monkeys. The front patio is covered, so you can sit outside and enjoy the thunderstorms while staying (mostly) dry. And after running errands/sightseeing in the morning, a dip in the pool was an excellent way to cool off before an afternoon...

"We stayed for 10 days and loved it overall - great location, easy walk to town and to the beach, loved the nearby coffee shop Guayoyo and the nearby restaurants. Having a washer and dryer available was super convenient, and the air conditioners worked great. The keypads on the gate and doors were terrific because we didn't have to keep track of keys, and I felt completely safe and that our car was safe. I can't give 5 stars for three reasons: 1. the pool was so tiny compared to how it looked...

"Nice Condo. Double and queen bed rather then 2 queen beds as advertised . Master bath was large but shower leaked. Second bathroom had an unusually high sink with old taps. Uncomfortable living room furniture. Fabulous large porch area. Nicely equipped kitchen. Small briquette bbq. Was more expensive than other more modern condo units with no discount for 1 month say. Beautiful pool area with 360 view of Coco. Safe area and security over night. Short 10 minute walk to many restaurants, downtown...
