Mazzini Elegant Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Elegant apartment in modern and industrial style, a few steps away from the historic center and Sant’Orsola Hospital.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator, in an area well connected to the city center. The entrance opens onto the living room, furnished with a corner sofa convertible in a double bed, a dining table, a TV and a modern open-plan kitchen with a table peninsula and stools and fitted with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine. A metal staircase leads to the mezzanine where the sleeping area, equipped with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, is located. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.

It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Everything you are looking for
I was there for a tradeshows at the Bologna Fiere. This accommodation is a short drive away, and an easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants as well. It is perfectly situated. The only downside is no parking onsite, but there is a public parking ($$) about 5 minute walk away. This apartment is newly renovated and in good standing. Nothing but praise for this place. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was fast and easy when needed.

Schöne Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern
Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral an einer befahrenen Straße. In der Wohnung habe ich von dem Verkehr auf der Straße nichts gehört. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind in der Nähe, alles prima. Der Check-In war top, ich wurde an der Wohnung erwartet und man hat mir alles erklärt. Ich hatte während meines Aufenthalts eine telefonische Frage gestellt (Taxi bestellen) und zügig eine Antwort erhalten. Prima. Das Gebäude ist recht groß. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, dieser ist mit einem (sehr kleinen) Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig und gemütlich. Das Schlafzimmer ist im oberen Teil, über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Bett fand ich sehr bequem, die Matratze scheint recht neu zu sein. Mir sind folgende Dinge negativ aufgefallen: - Die Wohnung ist hellhörig bzgl. der anderen Wohnungen. An einem Abend konnte ich erst ab 2:00 Uhr schlafen, weil ein paar Jugendliche ferngesehen haben und man dies hören konnte. - Die Spülmaschine ließ sich nicht abschalten, daher musste man per Schalter den Strom abstellen. - Die Heizung ließ sich ebenfalls nicht richtig einschalten, weder per Fernbedienung noch direkt am Gerät. Es war jedes Mal Fummelei inkl. Sicherung abschalten. - Der Vermieter warnte mich, dass bei Heizung und Kochen die Sicherung rausfliegen kann. Dann muss man runter hinter das Haus und die Sicherung wieder einschalten. Die Probleme mit der Elektrik finde ich bei einem Preis von €100 pro Nacht problematisch.
