The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with lift in a building in a quiet private garden, from the balcony you can enjoy a suggestive view of the red roofs of Bologna. The apartment (55 m2) consists of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom with large shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two armchairs/beds that can be transformed into single beds as shown in the photo).

You are in the heart of "Pratello", one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the historic centre, full of clubs and activities, in the evening it is a meeting place and it is very pleasant to stop for an aperitif or even to taste the gastronomic specialities.
Piazza Maggiore, San Petronio, San Pietro, Nettuno can be reached on foot by walking under the characteristic porticoes (Unesco heritage).
In the surrounding area you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, practically everything that makes your stay pleasant.

We are also a strategic point to reach some important cities of art, in about h. 1-1.30 by train you can visit Venice, Florence, Ravenna and Parma and Ferrara, you can organize visits to these cities without changing location and to make your stay as comfortable as possible you also have a washing machine at your complete disposal.

We live in the adjacent apartment and with my husband we personally welcome guests, providing all the tourist and gastronomic information, curiosities or anything else that may be necessary.
Cleaning and sanitization is personally handled.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very quiet location close to numerous attractions, restaurants, etc.. Everything you need is supplied. The hosts were the nicest and most helpful people we’ve ever had (we’ve rented numerous properties). Great property.

The property is very clean amd well maintained by attentive hosts who live next door. It is on the third floor and gets wonderful sunlight. There is an elevator in the building but it is small, so larger individuals should be advised that they might need to take the stairs

Perfect Location and Delightful Hosts
If you want a quiet place in the historic center of Bologna you can’t do better. Stefano and Elena are always ready to help you, and the apartment is nicely updated. We spent many a morning out on the balcony which overlooks a quiet courtyard. You are minutes from Bologna’s central market and piazza, and many cafes and restaurants are even closer.

Wonderful property and fantastic hosts
Path to property has nice plantings that were blooming. We were greeted by hosts as soon as taxi arrived, showed where things were, and given lots of tourist information. They could not have been any more friendly and helpful. They live across the hall on the same floor and were always available for our questions. Kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is another plus. Highly recommend this property. You will love the hosts.

Excellent hosts, spotless and comfortable apartment
The apartment appears to be recently renovated. It is in excellent condition, everything works, and it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Even so, the kindness of the hosts made our stay great. They greeted us enthusiastically, and provided a map and excellent introduction to Bologna. A great deal of information about Bologna is provided, and it was very welcome. This is a place where we would stay again. The apartment is on the 3d floor. There is a small lift so we didnt need to carry luggage up the stairs.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
This was one of the best properties we have stayed in and made extra special by the warm welcome from Stefano and Elena who were very knowledgable about Bologna having lived in the city all their lives. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit and eat during our five night stay. All the main sights are within a 10-15 minute walk and the train station is a 15-20 minute walk where you can get trains easily to lovely places like Ravenna and Ferrara. The apartment is a little oasis in a busy area and all you can hear from the balcony is the sounds of the birds - very peaceful after a long day sightseeing. Plenty of places to eat out in a few minutes walk and an excellent PAM supermarket within a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning soon. Great stay and would stay again
It’s the perfect vrbo- in a great neighborhood but still quiet and private. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The living room has 2 twin size pull out couches, plus a bedroom with a queen bed. Elena and Stefano are great hosts- they gave us a ton of info on their city and checked in on us. They live next door so if there was ever an issue they were there to help- not that there was.

Perfect Bologna condo
My sister and I spent 10 days in Elena and Stefano's condo, which is right next door to the condo in which they live. Our condo was immaculate and had been completely renovated within the past year. We appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen and washing machine. It is perfectly located in the historic city center so that you can walk everywhere, but the street and building are very quiet. The small balcony is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun and rooftop views. We explored the city and also took day trips by train to nearby Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna, etc. Elena and Stefano were SO helpful -- they provided us with maps, brochures and advice, as well as arranging a taxi to the airport for us. What lovely hosts! We highly recommend their beautiful condo and warm hospitality.

This property is in a great quiet location with lovely views from the third floor. It was also utterly spotless and recently modernised. Elena and Stefano met us on our arrival, took the time to answer questions, give us advice and even also pre-booked out taxi to the airport on check out. Fantastic Apartment in the heart of Bologna
Elena and Stefano are wonderful hosts! After a warm welcome they gave us some tips on where to eat and what to do including for our kid. They had maps and tour guides available. The apartment very nice, all is new and had everything we needed for our four night stay. I most enjoyed sitting on the balcony, looking at the San Francesco church a few blocks away. The apartment is a good ten minute walk from Piazza Maggiore in a very quiet part of the the town. Via Pratello is a few steps away where you can enjoy a bier, pizza or glass of wine in one of the many small local restaurants. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this place and hope to be back.

Awesome Stay in Bologna
My family of four stayed here while we were in Bologna. We had an amazing time. The room, it's amenities, the owners, the location was more than we expected. It was so close to everything in bologna. There's so many options to eat and shop and sightsee. You will not be disappointed. The icing on the cake was how kind and welcoming Elena and Stefano were. I highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting Bologna.

Thi proprrty wsd much better than advertised, its position was very central to all the main sites in Bolgna ,surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets all nearby .The apartment was spacious , spotlessly clean a nd very welll equiped .Elena and Stephano were very friendly and helpful .The lift was a bit quirky and quite small but it just added to the experience The views over the rooftops were fabulous .I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone

Perfect location, clean and well equipped apartment. Great hosts!
We stayed here for 14 nights in May. We had never been to Bologna before. The apartment is perfect. The bedroom is well equipped and has plenty of storage. The bathroom is spotless and the shower is very nice. There's even a little washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, plates, cups and bowls. I did cook a few nights that we stayed here and that kitchen worked out perfectly. There is a second room that has two twin beds which fold into comfortable chairs. I used this room for working on my laptop and enjoying a nice cup of coffee. The location is perfect easily walkable to the Pratello neighborhood and the beautiful Via San Felice. The apartment is in a courtyard so it's very quiet at night. When we arrived there was significant flooding in the Northeast part of Italy and our hosts Stefano and Elena were so helpful to warn us about a weather travel advisory and let us know what was happening. They also offered tons of advice about restaurants and places to see in Bologna. We did not have a car so don't know about parking but we did walk to the train station a few times to visit Parma and Modena and it's a very easy walk. The apartment is on the third floor but there is a small elevator. I hope we have an opportunity to come back to Bologna and if we do we will definitely stay here. Stefano and Elena are amazing hosts!

Excellent Apartment in Bologna
The apartment is in a cool part of town with only a ten minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, the towers and everything you would want to see plus every great restaurant, bar or cafe you'll want to visit. And it benefits from being near the action but in a nice, quiet courtyard overlooking the roofs of Bologna. The apartment is clean with everything you need. Elena and Stefano are wonderful hosts. They provided us with great recommendations for food and sightseeing. We recommend their property to anyone who wants to see Bologna.
