Ok place, needs accurate info, terrible hosts
It was supposed to be a pay at hotel, they messaged a month before demanding that I pay via paypal. (sketchy but I trusted) They never mentioned it was a 5th floor with no elevator(had my mom that has trouble with so many stairs). It said it was a king size and 2 double beds, it was one queen size and 2 twin beds so wrong information all around. We looked for a place for 4 people to stay for one night, this was slightly cheaper than 2 hotel rooms so we decided to look for this, the search came back with this apartment that had "King Size Room and double single bed room". When we booked it said 2 people confirmed but with solicited in comments at booking for the king and double room. Once arriced they said it was for 2 people, I mentioned it is an apartment and that it was for the whole apartment O wasnt fitting 10 people in there and that I had mentioned it in communications. They requested for extra pay because we would consume more water and said it would be an extra 100 euros per person. I mentioned theres no way water is 100. With no choice I ended up paying 100 euros on top of the expensive rate for night. This was extortion IMO, they even came back 10 minutes later saying I still owed 5 euros per person for city tax (started saying it was 20 per person then came down to 5) It was honestly a very bad experience. We arrived 7pm and left by 10AM. They definitely took advantage of us being honest and straighforward. Everything was VERY clear on our side. Do not reccommend!

Top selection for 1 or 2 (couple), 3, 4 people.
It was time since I last had the opportunity to stay in hotel which really looks like a private appartment. It's only a 9-min walk to the Bologna trade fair, which is a plus! Its a 20-min stroll to downtown and good restaurants. A private parking lot stands close to Casa Bologna Fiera for an overnight stay if needed. Its at the 4th floor but the fully-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and a second large bedroom with 2 single beds, an impeccable bathroom with very comfortable shower, washing-machine, dryer, iron board, one balcony for a sunny breakfast.
