Fantastico tutto -AMAZING EVERYTHING
Casa pulitissima, centrale ma soprattuttoa veramente curata in tutto. Dal cibo del bb a tutto, e dico tutto, cio' che serve! Abbiamo trovato il posto perfetto. House was extremely clean, in a perfect central location but most important very well furnished. Everything you need for a long or a short stay, including a very well stocked breakfast! We found our favorite place! Grazie di tutto Guido e Anna

Great place, close to transit!!
We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect for our trip. We used Bologna as a jumping point to other cities and the proximity to both the train and bus lines made this a perfect location for us. Groceries down the street as well. Guido was a great host. Very communicative and gave us a bunch of tips and recommendations. We had our best dinner in Italy following one of his tips (Terantiga). We will be back next time we are in Bologna!!

Great Location in Bologna! Best Appointed VRBO ever!
We ( 5 of us- 2 moms and 3 young men) stayed for just 2 days and were absolutely delighted by this apartment and Guido and Anna! It is spotless- and I mean that! She had filled our frig with breakfast ( so much! ) eggs, meat, cheese, croissants, yogurt, fruit and juice water. The bathroom is fabulous and has washing machine . Kitchen is so well done and the rooms are BIG! It is a quick 2euro ride into the old town- 7 stops. parking onsite. so easy . we highly recommend this apartment-even better than the photos! Nice welcome by host who provided food essentials for breakfast juices and milk in the refrigerator. Walk to center of town is 1.5 miles. You can take local bus to downtown . Car park is protected and convenient. Beautiful town.

Fantastic apartment
Have just returned from a four night stay with friends in this great apartment. The property is in a perfect location for visiting the city & with a train station a few minutes away it is easy to visit other local towns. Cannot fault the apartment, which is extremely well equipped & beautifully clean. The breakfast provisions were also excellent. Guido & Anne could not have been more friendly or helpful. Overall this is one of the best city apartments I have stayed in. Thank you Guido & Anne.

Everything you could need & the owners obviously care for the property & the guests.
We were a party of 4 adults & 1 child & there was plenty of space & still a spare bed free. Guido & his wife we’re very easy to communicate with & provided personal directions on how to get around & what to see. The apartment has everything you could need & more with all the supplies for a huge breakfast. The apartment is spotlessly clean with great quality applicants, air conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms. It appears to be a brand new renovation with great quality brand new kitchen & bathroom. Parking was easy & this apartment is just 50m from the train station & bus stop which take you into the Bologna old town (where you can’t take a car anyway) in 12min & tickets 1.50€ or cheaper if you buy them at a shop nearby. Highly recommend this apartment. Guido & his wife really care for the property & if we were able to stay longer we could have taken advantage of all the food & drink supplies provided.
