The variety of food especially fish and salads was oustanding. The best thing was the hotel staff that is always so kind, polite and smiling. "We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! Overall, as 2 young couples, we will definetly be back! Thank you! "

We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those...
