"Room was awesome. The management was rude and very unprofessional. We were told by the attendant to park in a certain location the afternoon before we left. The general manager said that there was a lot of complaints that we park in the location that was told be the attendants. Management was very unpleasant and this situation but we only did what we were told to do. The hotel room was clean, shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. I would have given all excellent rating if the general manager would have been nice and understanding. Management was very poor to a paying customer. I would appreciate an email back with an apology for their mistake but I’m sure this rude manager will not take the time to email me back b"
