The hotel consistently delivers top-tier accommodations; no further comment is necessary. However, a significant disparity exists in the quality of service provided across the hotel chain."

"The room is decent for the price I paid, though it could use some maintenance. The bedside lamps aren't working, the bidet spray is outdated, and the paint on the walls is peeling. In short, the room's finishing needs attention. However, the bed is extremely comfortable, making it perfect for recovery after a long flight. The shower works great, with both hot and cold water functioning properly. All the hotel staff, from the receptionist to the bellboy, are courteous and helpful. Overall, it’s a good value for the money spent."
