"Restaurant reservations must be done on app. App isn’t user friendly, you can only make reservations 1-2 days in advance not same day. Therefore you're stuck with buffet restaurant. Pool/beach bar kept running out of drinks, or ingredients to make cocktails. There was an unpleasant smell walking through outdoor areas and near pools."

The bartender lady at the main lobby bar, provided the slowest service I have ever seen. The laundry services is NOT same day - it was 2 days and they double charged. Piccolo's is not worth money, the food is meh at best and the wine is over priced and not included with the meal. "
