Bol - Feel the Traditional stone and wood house with heated swimming pool MARTI

Welcome to traditional Mediterranean stone house of 140 m2 for 6 persons. It is composed of two separate floors which are connected with indoor stairs. Large open area with fully fitted kitchen, spacious dining and cozy living space in natural stone and wood are in lower floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. In addition, there are 2 outdoor areas: barbecue, coffee and summer dining area in front yard and private heated swimming pool in the back yard (30 m2).

Experience the charm of a perfect holiday and visit our authentic Mediterranean stone and wood house.

The house is newly renovated but its antique appearance has been kept.

Location details:
- 350m from nearest beach and Promenade
- 1800m (20 min walk) to famous Zlatni rat (Golden Cape) beach
- public street parking in front of the premise (free of charge when available)
- 200m to grocery store
- 600m from main church and city center with dozen of restaurants and bars around
- 500 year old Dominican monastery is 1500m away (aprox. 20 min walk)
- 850m to windsurfing, kayak & SUP, diving, jet-ski and bike rental facilities
- 350m to car, quad or scooter rental

There are muliple options to reach Zlatni rat beach:
1) take a 20 min walk (1800m) in shadow of pine forest via Promenade
2) boat transfer service available every 15 mins from city center (10 min walking from Marti house) at rate of 20,00 HRK per person
3) tourist train service available every half hour in peak periods from gas station (5 min walking from Marti house) at rate of 20,00 HRK per person (10,00 HRK for kids)
4) drive your own (or rented) car to Zlatni rat. There is a parking available (hourly and daily rates are charged - approx. 15 € per day)

Also, various day trips are available from Bol:
- Vidova Mountain
- Blaca monastery and military tunnel
- boat trips to island of Hvar (Jelsa, Stari Grad and/or Pakleni islands in front of city of Hvar)
- boat trip to Blue Cave on Bisevo (near island of Vis)

- 15km from Brac airport
- 900m from catamaran (fast ferry) station
- 350m from bus station
