"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. "This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"Great location but needs proper TLC"

"Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...

"This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. "Owner of the property re-sold the apartment for higher price, due to high demand for accomodation, which we found out when we called for directions when we arrived to Croatia. There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place. Found out later from the locals that re-selliing for higher price was common this season, especially...

"We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex . The beach our front was perfect for a swim & close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea . "

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

"We so enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Rovinj. It’s a very special hotel and really such a pleasure to be there. The hotel is next to a lovely pine filled park where you can cycle and swim from Rocky beaches. The facilities of the hotel are very luxurious from hot towels in the gym, the golf cart that took us to the tennis centre, and Hannah the hawk who sees off the seagulls from the infinity pool! Gym, tennis centre, spa and pools are all fantastic and well equipped. The rooms are very quiet and restful. We wanted to spend more time that we did just hanging out on the balcony. The food is generally good and Katrina’s the sandwich bar is a great place for a pitstop. The service is unparalleled. We were looked after so well by all the staff (and kept receiving lovely gifts throughout our stay). And the view! You can’t beat it. We will be back! "
