"This property needs a severe overhaul. Everything is old and dirty. Kitchen cupboards are falling apart, bathroom is the worst I have ever been in. Shower small, toilet seat old and a hole in it, actual toilet dirty and stained....horible. We were supposed to be there for 5 nights, lucky we got delayed a night and then friends were leaving early from their accommodation and let us stay there. This place could be amazing if some time and money was spent on it. Definitely not worth what we paid....

"We spent 10 wonderful days in the charming surroundings of Elegant Maisonettes. The property is situated outside the resort of Kalamaki and is a short taxi ride into wonderful Zakynthos town. The accommodation is situated in wonderful grounds, with a great pool and various outdoor seating areas. It is the perfect location to stay whilst exploring the wonders of Zakynthos Island. Dionysios is a great host with fabulous local knowledge with lots of tips and recommendations in terms or restaurants...

"Each year we treat our four adult children and their partners (and now our little granddaughter too!) to a family vacation in the sun which we all look forward to tremendously. I spend a considerable amount of time looking for the perfect villa and this year I definitely found it in the Golden July. The villa is gorgeous, the grounds are extensive, peaceful and relaxing and the view is stunning! There are six beautiful bedrooms each with its own balcony and views out to sea! "Eine schöne neue Villa in Bokhali. Trotz der Stadtlage gibt es einen herrlichen Meerblick. Haus und Poolbereich sind blitzsauber und bieten viel Privatsphäre. Wir wurden mit einem großen Obstkorb, Wein und Wasser begrüßt. Unsere beiden Hunde und wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Danke an die freundlichen Gastgeber."
