"When we booked this place we spent months excited about it and talking about how cool it would be. And then we got there and it lived up to all of our hopes and more! We stayed for a month and never got tired of the amazing view from the castle to the grounds and from the grounds to the castle. We spent hours hiking in the woods and playing kickball on the main lawn. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. Jerome was a dream and arranged for his wife to cook us two french meals, which we absolutely loved. The castle is pretty isolated, but we didn't mind that. And the grocery store we liked was only 15 or so minutes away. There were a lot of bugs in the castle, but they didn't bother us, and we've come to expect that when we stay in rural settings. My husband and our four kids absolutely loved it here and would HIGHLY recommend it!"

"Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"

"We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in idilic countryside and farmland. There are sheep, cows and pigs all close by. We liked our visits to nearby Conches and Everaux. We were very happy to make a trip to Paris from here in order to see the Olympic football. Our son loved the pool which was kept beautifully. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you."

"We used the house as a base to go to Olympic events in Versailles and Paris. It was wonderful to come back to the quiet house and we made full use of the pool on our days off! Well equipped and comfortable, we would recommend to anyone needing to get away from the city"

"Though they do not speak much English, we made it work. They were very nice and accommodating, providing a hair dryer and wi-if. It’s a nice, clean, European hotel. The restaurant meal was excellent as well. They also helped obtain a taxi when I had to leave before the office opened in the morning. "

"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and quite new. The shower room was very clean and the shower was nice hot and powerful. We paid extra for the breakfast. The coffee was very good and the selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juice, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, dried fruits and butter, jams etc was great. Location was perfect for us travelling further into France. We could walk into town in 25 minutes where we found a good selection of restaurants and bars. "
