Charming and comfortable ground level home in a private hillside duplex. Built in 1965 and still retains some of its original charm. Located in Boise`s North End at the base of the foothills. This main level unit is completely yours, with a separate entrance and easy access. No stairs to climb. It has it`s own heating and cooling units and is completely separate from the upstairs. Spacious, bright and private 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Sleeps up to 6 with 1200 square feet
Bedroom (1) features a comfortable king-size bed, with quality linens, nightstands and closet space for storage of guests clothing and personal items. Windows let in natural light and feature pull down shades for privacy.
Bedroom (1) also has a separate space with a desk for working from home.
Bedroom(2) also has Queen bed, with quality linens, closet space and plenty of hangers for storage of guests clothing and personal items.
Full bath with tub/shower combo. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.
Kitchen is stocked with full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in, convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table or on the outdoor table on a sunny day. There is additional seating at the small bar area in the kitchen..
Dining area opens to living area and features small dining table with four comfortable chairs, as well as two more stored in the closet for extra seating.
The living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper for curling up with a blanket and a book, or catching up on your favorite Netflix series. There are an additional chairs for lounging around the fireplace. Smart TV with Amazon, Netflix and WIFI to complete the necessities!
Additional Sleeping: We can provide a pack and play upon request. Please make sure to request these items ahead of time so that they can be available on your arrival as they are kept in a locked storage.
Full-size front loading washer and dryer provided for guest use. Iron/ironing board are also available at the property.
Well manicured outdoor space features two patios (one sunny, one shaded) for your exclusive use, Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine outside or take a nap in the hammock. A small grassy area with yard care is provided, There is no fenced yard.
Private, uncovered off street parking is provided. FREE street parking is also available. **NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON A HILL AND THE DRIVEWAY IS STEEP. IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE IN THE WINTER WHEN THERE IS SNOW OR ICE.
Guest Access:
The entire main level (bottom unit) and the gravel area on the LEFT of the stairs is available for parking. There are two patios for your exclusive use. The upstairs unit of the duplex is separate and not included in your reservation. The downstairs unit is completely yours, with a separate entrance and easy access. There are no shared spaces.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located at the bottom of Bogus Basin road just above the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood, more specifically "Hyde Park". Hyde Park boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, bike shops, in Hyde Park. There is a convenience store within a few blocks of the home along plenty of food and drink options close by. We recommend Caffe Capri Coffee shop across the street and Highlands Hollow Brewhouse at 2455 Harrison Hollow Lane. The home is near the famous Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. The trails right behind the home quickly transport you to a natural space with miles of hiking and biking in Boise’s foothills. Take the opportunity to watch the sunrise or sunset from the hilltop behind the house, its a real treat! Only 30 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to the Boise Airport.
Getting Around:
This is a walk-able neighborhood in historical Boise just North of the Hyde Park Neighborhood. 3 blocks to restaurants & shopping, approximately 8 blocks to Hyde Park and right next to a great foothills trail. Walk or Bike. It is easy to get around without a car and inexpensive UBER ride around Boise.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for noise from the upstairs unit
