Unhappy!!
I was very disappointed! First of all the fire alarm went off at 10:00pm the hotel was evacuated for approximately 40 minutes, which I realize it was nobody’s fault. after we were cleared to go back in the building, I had booked a room for six people, after I booked my room I messaged the property to make sure it would accommodate us . I was reassured the sofa bed would sleep two . The sofa mattress was at least 4 inches smaller than the bed frame and about 2inches thick , we didn’t have any linens , so I had to go to the front desk, after getting linens and making the bed , we didn’t have pillows, so back down to the front desk , they said they would find some and bring them up which they did. We got to bed late due to all that transpired. The next morning we got up , realizing it was late I called the front desk and asked if we could check out one hour later and the said no that wasn’t possible, I said really after all we had been through the night before I didn’t think it was asking too much ! The person at the front desk then asked if we were rewards members which I am , I told her yes , she said let me call you back in a minute, she did call and say we could check out an hour later. I just felt like I wasn’t asking for an late check out was unrealistic it was for one hour I even offered to pay more , it turned into a very unpleasant stay I probably won’t be staying there again !

The staff is probably the most personable and professional I have dealt with in many years of travelling domestic and internationally. I mess up my reservation and they were able to easily accommodate an extra day for me. This is the only place I will stay when visiting the Boise area.
